After being ignored by the email addresses for newfrog.com, I finally received a response from sales2@newfrog.com after I submitted disputes for my credit card and PayPal transactions for several orders. I’ll let you know how it goes.
I am normally suspicious about reviews that use all-inclusive words such as “everything” or “always”. But in this case they apply. Every single item I purchased, totalling USD217.34, are extremely poor quality. I requested a return, and was completely ignored even though I sent messages to them through their customer service email address, as well as their online form.
I finally received a response from the email address “sales2@newfrog.com”, but I’m yet to see a refund.
