What is Hamsa Yoga Sangh

The methods of Hamsa Yoga are universal in spirit and seek to stir up a deeper understanding of the consistency underlying all faiths and religions.

The name consists of three essential aspects that also lay a foundation for Yogiraj’s methods and techniques:

  • HAMSA implies “swan of life” and symbolizes the Spirit and Purity.
  • YOGA means union in Samadhi.
  • SANGH is a collective recognition of spirits.

HAMSA: The inbound and outbound breath in a human being represents the two wings of the swan. When a Yogi Unifies his mind by the inflow and discharge of his casual breath, entering the natural state of serenity (Sahaj Samadhi). The mystic meaning of Hamsa is “Merged with the Divine”.
YOGA: Yoga is a composed mind. It is internal ascend through more refined, and much more expanded spheres of awareness than ever before towards a realization of the God-essence which has been the quest and desire at the core of every human being.
SANGH: Is a collective recognition of spirits travelling along the passage of time and continuing to develop until they reunite with the Divine. At the same time, a decline of the sea of consciousness is taking place.

Hamsa Yoga represents morality in nature and purity of the mind. It unfolds the blossom of love that is universal to all humankind.
