Great results from the Yoga Burn program

I have been using the programs from Yoga Burn for about a year and have really enjoyed them. Unlike traditional home fitness DVDs, Yoga Burn gives you at least 12 sessions per program. I have found the customer service top notch and very friendly. Typical home fitness DVDs give you one workout or maybe five at the most of the 10 minute long workouts which total up to one 50 minute workout if you do them all together. Zoe’s workouts are 15 minutes long in the case of three of her programs. They are designed to be repeated two or three times for a total of 30 to 45 minutes. In the case of the Monthly, the practice sessions are 30 minutes long and you do those sessions one time through. You do 12 x 30 minute sessions each month for six months. Each month is a different style or type of yoga (Restorative, Hatha, Kundalini, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Vinyasa Yoga). There are currently four programs and they are: Yoga Burn Fitness System for Women, Booty Challenge, Yoga Burn Monthly, and Total Body Challenge. I have all of them. Each case comes with four DVDs and each DVD has three or four sessions on it and each program has extra bonuses. I have become much more flexible since doing ALL of the Yoga Burn programs and highly recommend them to anyone. If you don’t have a DVD player, that’s OK because you get digital access too! Customer service has been fantastic and each time the delivery time is very good. I once had a problem with the resistance band breaking and I mentioned it on the Facebook group and the next thing I knew, a replacement band made its way to my door. I did not expect or even ask this of Zoe and her team. They took their own initiative and sent it to me. I am very grateful to them and on each and every occasion that I have placed an order, I have been very well looked after. I have been having great results from her programs. In fact, I just finished doing one of the workouts before coming to leave this review. I was absolutely drenched in sweat and can’t imagine how anyone can say that this workout is easy! Those who say it’s too easy must be Amazonian warriors and in peak physical condition! I find Zoe’s workouts very challenging, even the gentle restorative yoga sessions are challenging. I’m not drenched in sweat from those because it’s not that type of session. It is a challenge for the flexibility. I am a loyal customer and fan of Zoe’s and if she releases a new Yoga Burn program, my finger will be making a quick click of the mouse so that I can order it without any regrets.
